WebCamRoulette.com, which sold for $47,000 at the Moniker /iGaming auction in June 2010, now has a site of its own.
The domain, which followed the sale of CamRoulette.com for $151,000, had re-directed for most of 2010 to CamLive.com – a web site that offers live sex chat and shows.
The new WebCamRoulette.com homepage and interface, now bases its design off CamLive.com. The only real difference is the web address and color, but the new design and web site give the domain name a chance of receiving organic search results by being indexed in Google and other search engines.
In late September, CamRoulette.com redesigned its site. Now as ChatRoulette cleans up its image and prohibits obscene content, sites like CamRoulette and WebcamRoulette are marketing their adult ”Chatroulette” features in order to get more users to join who can’t find that content on ChatRoulette.
