Student and entrepreneur Chandler Bator is hoping to be the next Mark Zuckerberg, only instead of focusing on a social networking, Chandler Bator an honors student at Arizona State Univeristy has launched a legalized gambling site “designed for college students” that is catching the attention of billionaires like Calvin Ayre.
Chandler Bator who partnered up with Clear View Marketing, published a press release online earlier this month.
Your College Poker Club began as the brain child of 20 year old Chandler Bator, an honors student at Arizona State University when he set out to provide college students a 100% legal gaming platform that would allow them to play their favorite Las Vegas casino games and the ability to win cash and prizes without allowing them to risk any of their own money.
While the idea of launching a poker site isn’t a unique idea, designing an inter-collegiate website that gives away a seat at the World Series of Poker on a weekly basis is no small feat. And that’s what he has done. In addition to cash prizes, “Your College Poker Club” will give one lucky winner each week a seat at the WSOP.
160 inaugural college club sites are planned to go “live” this fall.
The domain name for the venture (yourcollegepokerclub.com) was only registered two months ago. If Chandler’s venture experiences even a fraction of Facebook’s success among colleges, CollegePokerclub.com owned by Entertainment Networks Limited could become a highly sought after name.
