Domain Billionaire.com is in negotiations

The owner of the domain billionaire.com is in the process of negotiations, Sedo Broker Ryan Colby is reporting on his Twitter page @SedoBroker. 

The domain was first registered in 1995 and has been parked with Sedo since March 2010, according to DomainTools. 

While billionaire.com is “roughly” valued by Valuate.com to be worth $4,600, the dotorg sold in 2009 via SnapNames for $6,140.  Millionaire.com, however, gets an estimated appraisal of $269,000.
